What knots I use in PPG or paramotoring with Walkerjet paramotors:

First make sure that you have a rope that is not 100 % polyester. These polyester ropes will not hold any knot securely enough and will come apart. You do not want to drop your rescue by accident.

This is how you start.

Then tie the knot. It is very important that the red and blue ends will both go side by side over the black. If not, the knot will come undone.

This is the WRONG way the blue end goes under black and red over.

This is the knot I use to secure my speed bar during take off. I tie it just above the pulley where the black end goes to the speed system and red towards the foot bar. The knot holds the foot bar in place as  it can not pass through the pulley at the corner of your harness. In flight I pull on the black end, knot will slip out and my speed bar drops so it can be used.

Good luck Andre
